2. Auditing and supervising covered laboratories, analyzing results and taking legal measures, when needed
3. Communicating directives and guidelines to covered centers
4. Estimating required workforce and distributing recruited and transferred forces
5. Conducting scientific and practical interviews for selection and recruitment and determining positions in affiliated laboratories
6. Making administrative correspondence and inquiries
7. Participating in scientific, consulting, and executive meetings and committees
8. Organizing training sessions (workshops and conferences) for experts and technical staff of the covered centers
9. Adjusting statistics and analyzes of information of covered laboratories for submission on the website of Health Reference Laboratory
10. Evaluating plans and drawings of laboratories
11. Following up and addressing received complaints in order to provide quality lab services and increase client satisfaction
12. Cooperating with the Crisis Headquarters at the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Health
13. Cooperating and providing specialist comments on laboratory equipment
