  • Reviewing, approving, and following up on development and extension plans (both in public and private sectors)
  • Modifying, approving, monitoring, and participating in the supply and distribution of required human resources
  • Addressing complaints and problems of the staff and trying to resolve problems
  • Formulating a comprehensive group operational plan
  • Collaborating and coordinating within the organization and attracting public participation
  • Estimating and providing required funds to improve service standards (repair and equipping) in service-providing departments
  • Monitoring and evaluating current programs
  • Directing the Urban Family Physician plan based on the latest guidelines
  • Directing the Rural Family Physician plan based on the latest guidelines
  • Directing, supervising, and monitoring data entry to the Integrated Health System (Sib)
  • Managing health statistics and information in the region covered by the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Health
  • Training, supervising, and monitoring the performance of health care providers in rural Healthcare Houses
  • Training, supervising, and monitoring the performance of health care providers in urban healthcare stations
